Benjamin Franklin once noted, “There are three things extremely hard: steel, a diamond, and to know one's self.” After nearly two decades in the mental health field, I have learned that the hardest work a human being can do is the work of self-reflection. My mission as a psychotherapist is to provide the light and the mirror necessary for that discovery. I do not see myself as a "fixer," but as a clinical partner who holds a safe, non-judgmental space for you to examine the patterns of your life.

Esther earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University. With 19 years of dedicated practice, she has navigated the complexities of the human psyche across a vast spectrum of clinical settings. She specializes in:

• Anxiety & Depression: Navigating the highs and lows of the modern emotional landscape.
• Psychosis & Severe Mental Health: Providing stability, dignity, and specialized care for complex diagnoses.
• Life Transitions: Supporting individuals and families as they navigate "the space between."

I believe that healing must be as multidimensional as the human experience itself. While "talk therapy" is a powerful foundation, it is often the "Sensorium"—the integration of music, movement, art, and literature—that allows a breakthrough to take hold. By engaging the senses, we bypass the barriers of the mind and speak directly to the heart of the trauma or the habit. My practice is a laboratory for the soul, where we use every creative tool available to help you find your voice.
